We are happy to travel for events. A travel fee applies to any events that are farther than 20 miles from our home office in Bexley, Columbus. Your event location address will determine your fee.
When To Book
We recommend you book as early as possible to ensure availability of your preferred Date and Time. We are currently booking approximately 6-8 weeks in advance but we will accept short notice bookings if we have entertainers available.
How To Book
To book your party contact us using the contact form above. Upon confirming availability, you will be asked to provide the basic information about your event. Your paperwork will be generated from our booking system and emailed to you for approval.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to provide the location of your party if it is not being held at your home. Double check the numbers when you approve your agreement. This is where your entertainer will be sent!
We recommend that you book your Performer, Costumed Characters, and Princesses for 30 minutes after the guests' planned arrival time to ensure everyone has arrived and no one misses part of the performance.
Booking Fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel the event, the Booking Fee is not refunded. When the event is rescheduled within one year, the Booking Fee will be credited toward the new event. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event start time, payment is due in full. Should we become sick or have an emergency, the Booking Fee will be refunded if we cannot find a replacement entertainer for your event. We will make every effort to find a replacement artist for your event, and we have many entertainers to serve you.

There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee due on any service.
Your time slot is not reserved until the Booking Fee has been paid and the contract has been signed.
All balances are due 24 hours prior to the event!
